Rooms are comfortable stay was good and swimming pool is enjoyable with kids roof top view is beautifull we booked sea facing room and the rooms are neat and clean. All the visiting places are walkable good supportive staffs and management.

Third class hotel. That's it. Poor room, dirty linens, blanket and bedsheet, pillow. Bathroom is tiny and they call themselves a 3star and behave like one but they can't. Only loc is nice. Reception ppl behave like it's Taj or oberoi but it's third class hotel. There are much better hotels with facilities. Executive room is itself like 500rs room. Unethical ppl want to evade tax and they won't accept card. They treat you like small customer if you book their room via MMT or online and they give you tiniest room with less cleaned one.

Extremely horrible experience. It's just like a lodge with ac. Bedsheets dirty, blanket had bobblings all over, looked like hasn't been changed in a million years. They mention toiletries but provide two tiny medimix soaps. TV wasn't working. When we asked then they recharged it and even after that only a few local channels were coming. The food was also bad and oh by the way they mentioned a swimming pool but what they don't mention is that it's chargeable - 100 for kids, 200 for adults for an hour. They also mentioned a spa but I couldn't find it anywhere. All false declarations. The only good thing is the location as it's walking distance from Triveni and Vivekananda Rock. No stairs only a single lift. There are many hotels nearby, please don't waste money on this one.

The good point of the hotel is the location, very close to the beach and terrific views of the sea. However, many areas of improvement required. There was only 1 power outlet / charging point in the whole room! I asked about this to the Main Reception and was told that all rooms have only 1 plug point. Room was average size, we booked room for 4 people, 3 adults 1 child. It came with 2 double beds, but linen was torn and duvet also very old. It had a funny smell, I think room was not used in long time. To lock the room from outside, you had to use a sliding bolt and a manual padlock, which I thought was outdated. Not at all modern. Staff was not helpful, there was no restaurant. I live outside India and booked this property as pictures on website were good, even the room rates were much higher than other properties, so I booked thinking it will be a good hotel as rates were higher. However, it was not at all good impression, I did not feel safe there at all. So, we did not spend 1 night even, although we had prebooked and paid for 3 nights in advance. Bad experience overall.
